PRE ORDERS & SOURCING
How Pre-Orders Work
Pre-order items are products that aren't in stock right now, but we can usually source most items for you. If there's something you're looking for that isn’t available on our website, just send us a picture via WhatsApp, and we'll do our best to source the item for you! Please allow up to 24 hours for us to get back to you about sourcing any items.
The process for pre-orders is just like ordering in-stock items. Once your pre-order is confirmed, we’ll have the item shipped directly from our supplier to you, and we’ll send you the tracking details via email once it's on its way.
Just a couple of things to note:
- Delivery for pre-order items typically takes between 7 to 15 working days once the item has been shipped.
- Please allow up to 5 days after your order is placed for tracking information to be sent for pre-orders..
- Since pre-order items come directly from our supplier, we don't handle the shipment ourselves, but we’ll make sure you’re updated every step of the way.
