Returns
We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your items. If you need to return something, please ensure it’s done within 3 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include any tags and packaging.
How to Return an Item

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
- Prepare Your Item: Please pack your item carefully in the original packaging (if possible) to avoid any damage during return transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to process your return. You will receive an email notification once the process is complete.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, just let us know when you contact us, and we’ll assist you in arranging the exchange. If the exchange item is not available, we will process your return for a refund.
